Rhoda Trusty-Vice Chair

A business owner with extensive professional experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in business and philanthropy. Strong diplomatic skills and a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals. Applies qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for progress to strategic governance efforts; seeking to help with a cause I believe in. Willingness to use personal and professional resources to advance the organization's mission and vision.

Doretha Brogden-Secretary

Highly professional and experienced board member with 15 years of experience leading non-profit organizations. Extreme attention to detail has helped community organizers and local churches maximize investments, cut spending, and increase efficiency. Strong knowledge of governing bylaws and how to implement company procedures. A successful motivator who brings a good attitude to every meeting and a strong commitment to the cause.

Latrina Wallace: Executive Director

Latrina Wallace currently serves as Executive Director for Trin’Naz Helping Hands. Prior to joining Trin’Naz Helping Hands, Latrina Wallace managed Elks Community Playground philanthropic and volunteer initiatives for 5 years. She has served in the field as an educator and advisor for The United Way Maryland Project Homeless Connect for four years.

Latrina Wallace graduated from the Baltimore County Community College where she majored in (AAS) Mental Health Counselor, (AAS) Chemical Dependency Counselor, and (AAS) Human Service Counselor. Also, from Park University where she majored in (BA) Social Psychology.
