Who We Are
Trin’Naz Helping Hands is a community-based nonprofit in Barstow that serves the underserved population, including youth, individuals facing hardship, and survivors of crime. We provide compassionate, person-centered support to help people find safety, stability, and long-term independence.
Our Mission
To deliver holistic, dignified, and trauma-informed support that helps individuals overcome barriers, rebuild stability, and access the care and resources they need to thrive.
Our Vision
A stronger High Desert region where every person, especially those facing trauma, isolation, or economic hardship, has access to safety, healing, and pathways to a better future.
We operate with a trauma-informed, human-first philosophy:
We begin by listening with empathy.
We respect dignity, privacy, and personal choice.
We build care plans based on real needs and goals.
We connect clients with the resources they need — medical, housing, counseling, or social support.
We stay committed: follow-ups, advocacy, and ongoing support.
We collaborate with local partners to strengthen community-based care.
We believe lasting change comes from respect, consistency, and genuine care.
At Trin’Naz Helping Hands, we’re bridging that gap, bringing resources to the people who need them most.
We don’t just connect people to programs. We walk with them through every step of their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.
