Trin’Naz Helping Hands provides structured, trauma-informed services focused on safety, relocation, and housing stability for eligible victims of crime and survivors of human trafficking. Services are delivered based on eligibility requirements and funding availability.
Trin’Naz Helping Hands has been awarded funding through the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), U.S. Department of Justice (Grant No. 15JOVW-25-GG-00541-TRAN), to implement a Transitional Housing Program serving eligible adult survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
The official project start date is October 1, 2025. The program is currently operating within existing housing capacity. Financial drawdown and reimbursement processes remain pending in accordance with federal award conditions and compliance requirements.
At this time, housing capacity is limited, and placement is subject to unit availability and funding reconciliation.
Participation is subject to eligibility verification, funding availability, capacity, and federal program requirements.

Services may include:
• Individualized safety planning
• Crisis intervention support
• Court accompaniment, when available
• Assistance with protective orders and documentation
• Referrals to legal, healthcare, and community partners
Services for survivors of sex and labor trafficking may include:
• Intensive case management
• Safety and relocation planning
• Healthcare and behavioral health navigation
• Benefits enrollment assistance
• Coordination with specialized trafficking service providers
For eligible survivors whose housing has been disrupted due to victimization, support may include:
• Emergency safety planning
• Relocation coordination
• Transitional housing support, when funded
• Landlord communication assistance
• Stabilization planning to prevent future housing loss
Services may be delivered through:
In-person appointments
Mobile outreach within the service area
Virtual advocacy and case management, when appropriate
Delivery method is determined based on safety, accessibility, eligibility, and funding guidelines.
To ensure equitable access to services, Trin’Naz Helping Hands offers language access support, which may include:
Over-the-phone interpretation services across multiple languages
Document translation services through a secure submission portal
Video Remote Interpreting, including American Sign Language
On-demand interpretation support during advocacy or case coordination appointments
Language access services are provided based on availability, program needs, and funding guidelines.
