Parent Participation Is Required
To enroll, parents or caregivers must participate in ongoing engagement designed to support their child’s progress. Participation may be completed:
In person
By phone
Virtually
Eligibility
Enrollment is available to children whose families participate in the ECM program and meet additional qualifying criteria.
We prioritize:
Youth with behavioral, academic, or social support needs
Children experiencing family stress or instability
Families working toward housing or economic stability
Parents or guardians who benefit from coordinated support
Why It Matters
Youth thrive when they are connected, supported, and nourished. This program strengthens the entire household by helping children, reducing caregivers' stress, and integrating families into coordinated ECM services that promote long-term stability.
“Every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and feel supported, every day.”
